Boarding at Meadowdale Farms
At Meadowdale Farms, every horse is cared for as if they were our own. We understand that every horse has unique needs, which is why we offer a variety of boarding options designed to provide exceptional care while fitting the goals of both horse and owner.
We proudly feed a selection of Purina® feeds and provide 24/7 access to high-quality timothy/orchard grass hay. Horses in stalls receive hay in slow-feed hay bags to encourage natural grazing and support digestive health. Alfalfa hay or alfalfa pellets are available for an additional fee or may be provided by the owner. Clients are responsible for supplying any supplements, and if multiple supplements are required, they must be pre-portioned for each feeding. Horses requiring specialized feeding or additional care due to being hard keepers may incur an additional fee.
We offer both stall boarding and pasture boarding, allowing owners to choose the option that best fits their horse's lifestyle.
Our horses are fed twice daily, and stalls are cleaned every day. During periods of inclement weather, horses remain safely indoors until conditions improve. Turnout groups are separated by mares and geldings, and limited individual turnout is available upon request. Fresh water is cleaned and replenished daily in stalls and monitored throughout the day in pastures. For the safety of both horses and handlers, every horse is hand-walked to and from turnout.
