We are so excited our show team is growing! For 2026, We will be making some changes to our show team! Please read below-
Being part of a show team is a big commitment and responsibility. Riding ability does carry a big part on if you make the team but attitude, determination, and a team player can out rule your riding. There will be absolutely NO drama. I will not tolerate it.
New to 2026: You must be taking a minimum of 2 lessons per week or have your horse in full time show training (for more info please click here). You MUST attend barn lessons if we have them due to the weather. If you don't want to attend, the lesson will be forfeited with no make up allowed. We will be adding a contract all riders/parents will need to sign to go over key points, rules, and a code of conduct. Invoices will be sent out 1 week before the show and must be paid the Wednesday before the show. If you decide to back out from the show after invoices are sent out, it must still be paid (unless emergency occurs). Students are responsible for loading trailer, helping load their horses, setting up stalls upon arrival, unloading horses, etc.. If they are not able to help upon arrival to show or when we come back home a $50 charge will be made per time.

Please understand that showing is expensive. Here is a list of normal prices needed when calculating show expenses. All students are expected to take care of their horses' needs at the show. If they are not able too, an extra fee will occur.
Most local shows are roughly $10.00 per class entered and normally charge an office fee and a membership fee if you want to join for points with a year end banquet. Some local shows offer an all day flat fee, some are only $50.00. Most office fees are $15.00 where memberships fees are $15.00-$45.00 a year. Overnight shows student will have to pay for stalls, roughly $100.00 per weekend. Tack stall cost will be split between all riders, as well as RV hookup for Savannah.

For APHA/AQHA shows, Show bills can be anywhere between $400 to $1000 for a single weekend depending on number of judges you are showing under.
Coaching fees for number of students attending: (please note this may change based on location on event)
[1] $200.00 + per day
[2] $100.00 per student per day
[3+] $75.00 per student per day
Trailering fees for number of students attending, round trip: (if student is sharing a horses this fee can be split between riders). I do understand that this can get expensive but other barns/haulers charge between $2.50-$4.00/mile.
[1-2] $2.00/mile
[3+] $1.50/mile
Horse use fee: (unless you own or lease) $60.00 per day

For bigger shows we will band or braid our horses, unless their manes are roached. $45/banding, $80/braiding

Hanging fake tails: $10

Clipping is $40/horse (Horses MUST BE clipped for overnight shows). This includes Face, ears, and legs.

Parents are encouraged to attend shows. There will be an extra $100 fee if parents do not come to the show as it is very hard to keep up with everyone. For overnight shows- parents will need to be at the farm to load your car up with everything needed for your child/horse. We have experienced lack of space in the trailer from everything! If parents can not attend, please talk with other parents about watching your child for the day.

Lodging for instructor: At overnight shows we will try to stay in our trailer. Most hookups are $40.00 per night. This fee is split between all students showing that weekend.
Proper attire: Please ask Savannah for help if needed!

Students will need to have their own shampoo/conditioner for bathing. For overnight shows, students need to have their own saddle rack, hay net, 3 5 gallon buckets for stalls, and bucket straps.
